We support QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Online is considered by many the industry standard for small business accounting software. All Sr. Bookkeepers with Added Impact maintain their QuickBooks Online certification. We can assist you with transitioning from QuickBooks Desktop or another accounting software to QuickBooks Online.
Added Impact has been providing remote only services since 2015. QuickBooks Online and several other technologies allow for seamless support and communication. For example, monthly we will send you a privately shared Google Sheet to request more details for any transaction where we might need additional insights. You simply click the link and type your answers directly on the Google Sheet at a time that is convenient with your schedule. We automatically receive a notification that you provided a response, and we can retrieve your insights for input into your books.
The first step is to ensure your books are up-to-date and accurate. Then we transition your bookkeeping to our proprietary process for ensuring quality monthly bookkeeping services. You and your business are assigned a Sr. Bookkeeper who will be your primary point of contact. However, you are always welcome to contact the owner, Amanda Prill, directly. She personally reviews your books periodically to triple check for quality and accuracy.
Absolutely! One feature that makes Added Impact unique is that we provide you a video walk through of your financial reports quarterly that includes an easy to understand explanation of any important red flags, trends, or other key performance indicators that are important to you as a business owner. Clients love the videos because they can stop, rewind, and replay to grasp the information at their desired pace. You can always request a one-on-one Zoom meeting with Amanda where she can talk through any questions or goals for your business. Still want more? Added Impact can perform a deep dive analysis called a “Company Health Check” into your historical financial records to analyze and provide recommendations to help you achieve your future goals.
